  • Install a physical access point - OnSite - to monitor and/or restrict site access

  • Allow your organisation to store documents in one central location with the Contractor module. These documents can then be made accessible to external parties or anyone else in the organisation via any device connected to the internet.

  • Streamline document management and allow the creation of electronic forms, saving paper, administration cost and physical storage space via our Intranet and InForm modules

 

  • Provide a platform to onboard and/or train internal staff and external contractors. The Learning module can also record and track validity of individual qualifications and accreditations such as First Aid certificates or driver’s licences.

 

  • Provide a platform to easily catalogue incidents such as slips, trips or falls. Track previous instances via the Incident module, learn from them and reduce the possibility of future harm.

 

  • Enable compliance with ISO 31000 Risk Management, and facilitate the creation of risk matrices for any new project, using the Risk module.

 

  • Take inventory of everything your organisation owns. The Asset module can also monitor the status of equipment (e.g. items out of order) and store maintenance records.
