Following a detailed business analysis, our team begins the software implementation process with a kick off meeting. This initial consultation will determine:
Resourcing; who in your company will be dedicated to the project;
Data; how much you have, the source and its quality;
Time; how long the business can spend on this process.
If possible, we highly recommend that a multidisciplinary team from your business is present at this meeting, with representatives from OH&S, human resources and IT.
With this information in hand, our team will create a timeline, with simple processes laid out within realistic week-to-week timeframes. A checklist of tasks and the person(s) responsible will be clearly noted, providing a visual representation of when your software solution can go live.
Timelines are flexible, with dependencies - such as the number of modules you wish to activate - taken into account throughout the journey. Clients can prioritise which modules they wish to implement. A soft launch - good practice especially in large companies - can also be rolled out first, to collect user feedback, determine issues and iron out teething problems.
Following kick off, clients can expect ongoing weekly meetings with Lucidity, to refine timelines and manage expectations.
Note: A one-off bulk data import is included in the initial implementation and/or integration process. Any subsequent imports however, will incur additional charges.
