Lucidity is now being used by Spotless, a leading provider of integrated facilities services with clients across Australia and New Zealand. Specifically it is being used by Spotless Hospitality and Catering Group “Fresh and Chilled”.
Spotless feeds 186,000 people a day—more than 68 million meals a year. Spotless provides healthy and delicious food to the many and varied customers of our clients whether they be employees, patients, corporate clients, school children, the elderly, university students or wedding guests.
Spotless is using our Contractor Module (renamed as Vendor Management by Spotless) to help keep track of the compliance documents for over 400 vendors.
Lucidity was able to import all of the suppliers and key compliance requirements for each document type to support vendors compliance with food safety laws and audit processes.
The system has replaced previous spreadsheets to simplify the contractor management process. It provides easy reporting on contractors to confirm their overall compliance and with attachments of each of their key compliance documents.
